Terms of service, fees & refunds
These terms govern your use of K·PARCEL. Placing an order means you accept them. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
1. What we do
- Forwarding (you buy): you shop at Korean stores using the Korean address we give you; we receive, consolidate and ship your parcels abroad.
- Proxy buying (we buy): you send us product links; we purchase on your behalf, then ship.
- We are an agency service, not a carrier — international transport is performed by the carrier we hand your parcel to.
2. Fees
- Proxy-buying fee: 10% of the item price (lower on higher membership tiers), minimum ₩3,000.
- International shipping: confirmed after weighing. Billed on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L×W×H based).
- Optional add-ons (extra inspection, repacking) and Korean domestic shipping are charged at cost.
- Every amount is shown on your order page before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
- Price difference: if the actual cost exceeds the quote after weighing or inspection, we may bill the difference; the parcel does not ship until it is paid.
3. Payment
We accept the methods shown on your payment screen (international card, PayPal, or Korean bank transfer in KRW). All orders are paid up front; we purchase and ship after payment is confirmed. Bank transfers and PayPal payments are processed once we verify receipt.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- Before payment: cancel yourself from the order page, free of charge.
- After payment, before we buy: ask via 1:1 inquiry and we refund to your original payment method. If the purchase has already been made, the seller's cancellation policy and any costs already incurred apply.
- Out of stock: if we cannot buy the item, that amount is refunded in full.
- Return before dispatch: while your parcel is in our warehouse (received or weighed), request a return from the order page. Domestic return shipping and the seller's return conditions apply.
- After dispatch: an order in international transit cannot be cancelled. Damage or loss is handled under section 6.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional days to post them.
5. Storage & unclaimed parcels
Parcels are stored free for the storage window shown on your order page (30 days by default). After that we may charge storage or, after notifying you, dispose of the parcel. Re-shipping costs for parcels returned due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
6. Prohibited items, customs & liability
- Prohibited and restricted goods are listed on What can ship. Disposal or penalties caused by undeclared prohibited items are the customer's responsibility.
- Import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by you. We declare the actual value paid and do not accept under-valuation requests.
- We keep intake and inspection photos; damage or loss caused by our fault inside the warehouse is compensated up to the actual loss.
- Damage, loss or delay in international transit follows the carrier's terms and compensation limits. We are not liable for customs delays, force majeure, or delays caused by the seller.
7. Your account
One account per person. We may suspend an account — blocking new orders and top-ups — if we find tracking or mailbox misuse, false declarations, or fraudulent payments. A suspended account can still pay for and receive parcels already in our warehouse.
8. Disputes
Contact us first through 1:1 inquiry — most issues are resolved quickly with our records (photos, weights, tracking). If a card chargeback is filed, work on that order stops while it is reviewed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
9. Changes
We post changes to these terms on this page. Orders already placed remain under the terms in force when they were placed.
10. Contact
Use the 1:1 inquiry on the Help page. Our business registration details appear in the footer of every page.
