Privacy & data handling

K·PARCEL collects only the personal data needed to forward and proxy-buy your orders. This page explains what we hold, why, for how long, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

• Account: your name and email (verified via Google sign-in).
• Profile & recipient: your name (Latin), phone, country, postal code, and address.
• Orders: item links and prices, payment/refund records, package weight, tracking numbers, and inspection photos.

2. Why we use it

Only to take and quote orders, receive/inspect/ship your items internationally, file customs declarations, and answer your inquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

3. Who we share it with

• Carriers (EMS, DHL, etc.): the recipient details needed to ship and clear customs.
• Payment processors (PayPal / card PG): the data needed to take payment. Card numbers are handled by the processor — we never store them.

4. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable e-commerce law, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove everything except items we are legally required to retain.

5. Your rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — edit your profile on the My orders page, or contact us below.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, sensitive payment data is never stored, and operator access is limited to verified staff.
