Getting started

What is K·PARCEL and how does package forwarding work?

K·PARCEL gets anything out of Korea for you. Sign up for a free Korean address, shop at Korean stores using it, and your orders arrive at our Seoul warehouse. We inspect, photograph and combine them into one box, then ship worldwide. Prefer not to shop yourself? Send us a link and we buy it for you (proxy-buying).

I don’t live in Korea — can I still use it? Is it for businesses too?

Yes. K·PARCEL is built for overseas individuals and for businesses buying from Korea — from a single album to bulk and repeat sourcing for a shop or brand, with photo records and invoices.

How do I get started?

Sign in, get your free Korean address and mailbox code, and either shop Korean stores using that address or send us a link to buy for you. Then let orders pile up, request shipping, and track everything with photos in plain English.

Shopping & KPOP

How do I buy from a Korean shop that rejects foreign cards?

Use proxy-buying (대신구매). Many Korean malls only accept Korean cards or require a Korean phone number — that’s how they’re built, not something you did wrong. Send us the product link and we buy it for you, then inspect, combine and ship it.

Can you buy KPOP albums and photocards for me?

Yes — albums, photocards, photobooks, posters and most KPOP merch. A comeback often has many album versions (different covers and inclusions); we show which is which in English so you pick the right one.

Can you guarantee a specific photocard?

No. Photocards are randomly inserted in albums, so no shop — including us — can promise a specific member’s card. Fans often buy several copies to chase a favorite, and some trade duplicates.

Can you ship a lightstick (with a battery) internationally?

Often, but with limits. Official lightsticks contain a lithium battery, and air-shipping rules vary by country and carrier. The battery must stay installed in the device, and some shipping methods can’t carry it — we show the available options at checkout.

Shipping & customs

How is shipping cost calculated, and why combine packages?

International shipping is priced by weight, and the first kilogram costs the most. Shipping one item alone is expensive per item, so most customers let orders pile up and we pack them into one box — much cheaper per item. Carriers also charge by the greater of actual and volumetric (size-based) weight, so smart packing saves money.

Will I have to pay customs duty or tax?

Maybe. When your package arrives, your country’s customs may apply duty or VAT if the value is over its de-minimis (tax-free) threshold — roughly £135 (UK) or €150 (EU), for example. The USA ended its $800 exemption in 2025, so most US-bound parcels now owe duty. We show a customs note before you pay. Final taxes are set by your customs, not us, and we never under-declare value because that’s illegal.

What can’t be shipped?

For air-safety: perfume, hairspray, nail polish and high-alcohol cosmetics (flammable), loose lithium batteries (power banks, spares), some foods (meat, sauces, alcohol) and medicines, plus counterfeits and weapons. We warn you at checkout and suggest alternatives where possible.

Payments & problems

How do I pay?

You pay K·PARCEL with PayPal or an international card. Korean bank transfer (무통장입금) is a domestic method that’s impractical for international buyers, so we don’t rely on it.

What if my item is damaged, wrong, or lost?

Open a request from your order. We attach tracking and inspection photos and help resolve it, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Every item is photographed at our warehouse, so problems are easy to prove.
