What can ship & customs
This is general guidance. What actually ships depends on the carrier and your country's customs, and we confirm it at warehouse intake. Not sure? Ask us via a 1:1 inquiry before you order.
Can't ship (most air carriers)
- Perfume, hairspray, nail polish, high-alcohol cosmetics — flammable / pressure-sensitive, banned on air.
- Loose lithium batteries (power banks, spares). Batteries built into a device may be OK — see “restricted” below.
- Medicines / health supplements (varies by country) and some foods (meat, fish sauce, alcohol).
- Counterfeits / IP-infringing goods, weapons or replica guns, cash, gift cards.
Restricted (limits / packing rules)
- Lightsticks & battery-built-in devices: the battery must stay installed in the device; capacity/quantity limits apply. Don't remove a lightstick's battery — loose cells get blocked.
- Liquids / creams / serums: volume and count limits; large quantities may be refused.
- Many identical items (looks commercial): may trigger duty and inspection at customs.
Popular items (usually fine)
- Clothing, shoes & bags, cosmetics & skincare (except perfume-type), packaged food & snacks (no meat/liquids), books, stationery & figures, battery-built-in electronics. KPOP goods, e.g. albums, photocards, photobooks, posters, lightsticks (battery installed).
Duty-free thresholds (indicative)
If your order value exceeds your country's threshold, duty/tax may apply. These are indicative — check your customs authority for exact rules. We do not under-declare value (it's illegal).
| Destination | Approx. duty-free under |
|---|---|
| USA | de-minimis ($800) ended 2025 — most parcels taxed, we flag it |
| UK | ~ £135 |
| EU | ~ €150 (VAT from €0) |
| Japan | ~ ¥10,000 |
| Philippines | ~ ₱10,000 |
| Brazil | most parcels taxed — we flag it |
