How to buy KPOP from Korea — and ship it worldwide
Korean shops often won't ship KPOP abroad or won't take foreign cards. K·PARCEL gets albums, photocards, lightsticks and more out of Korea for fans everywhere — you shop with a free Korean address, or send us a link and we buy it for you. Here's exactly how it works.
The short version — 3 steps
- Sign up and get a free Korean address (and mailbox code).
- Buy KPOP yourself at Korean stores using that address, or send us the links and we buy it for you.
- We receive, inspect, photograph and combine everything into one box, then ship it to you — tracked in plain English.
Why one album has so many versions
A comeback often has 3, 5, or 10+ versions — different covers, photobooks and inclusions, but the same songs. Fans pick a version for the member on the cover or the items inside. When you order through us, we show which version is which in English so you get the right one.
Photocards, POB and pre-orders
Albums include randomly inserted photocards — you can't choose which member you get, so no shop (including us) can guarantee a specific card. Pre-ordering from certain shops adds a POB (a pre-order-only extra card or poster). Pre-orders ship after the release date, so expect a wait — we tell you the expected date upfront.
Group orders (공구) — without the host risk
A group order is one fan buying in bulk for many, to share shipping or unlock bonuses. In the wider fandom these run informally and scams happen — an organizer vanishes with the money. Through K·PARCEL there's no host who can disappear with the money — we do the buying, inspection and a fair photocard split ourselves, and you pay by PayPal or card.
Lightsticks and batteries
Official lightsticks contain a lithium battery, and air-shipping rules for batteries vary by country and carrier — some methods can't carry them. Keep the battery installed in the lightstick (loose cells get blocked). We show the available shipping options when you add one.
Shipping & customs for a KPOP haul
International shipping is priced by weight, and the first kilogram costs the most — so combining several albums and merch into one box is far cheaper per item. On arrival, customs may add duty or VAT if the value is over your country's tax-free threshold (e.g. ~$800 US, £135 UK, €150 EU). We show a customs note before you pay and never under-declare value.
Frequently asked questions
How do I buy KPOP albums from Korea if I live overseas?
Sign up for a free K·PARCEL Korean address and buy at Korean stores using it, or send us the product links and we buy for you (proxy-buying). We receive, inspect, combine and ship your KPOP worldwide.
Can you guarantee a specific photocard or POB?
No shop can guarantee a specific photocard because they are randomly inserted. A POB (pre-order benefit) is included only when you pre-order from a shop that offers it, during the pre-order window.
Can you ship a KPOP lightstick internationally?
Often, with limits. Lightsticks contain a lithium battery, so air-shipping depends on the country and carrier and the battery must stay installed. We show the available options at checkout.
How much does it cost to ship KPOP from Korea?
Shipping is priced by weight, and the first kilogram costs the most, so combining albums and merch into one box is cheapest per item. Customs duty may apply above your country's tax-free threshold; we show the estimate before you pay.
